When you make a purchase from our store, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

You must not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using our Services.

3. Product Information and Availability

We take care to display and describe our products accurately, but small variations may occur since most of our creations are hand designed with love.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities, or update product details and prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

We use Shopify’s secure payment gateways to process your payments safely.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped every Saturday.

All orders placed after Saturday 12pm noon till next Friday are shipped the following Saturday.

Orders placed before 12pm of a Saturday will be shipped the same day.

Delivery usually takes up to 7 - 10 business days, and longer for remote areas. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

📸 Important: Please make sure to record a clear unboxing (opening) video when you receive your package. This video serves as proof in case there’s any issue with your order. Without an unboxing video, we won’t be able to process any complaints or replacements.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at cosytalesstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to help.

Please note that a clear opening video is required for any damage or issue claims.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, illustrations, text, and content on this website belong to Cosytales Art Studios LLP.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or products to
