Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

📸 Important: Please make sure to record a clear unboxing (opening) video when you receive your package. This video serves as proof in case there’s any issue with your order. Without an unboxing video, we won’t be able to process any complaints or replacements.

If there’s an issue with your order (such as a wrong or damaged item), please contact us at cosytalesstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right for you.
